Namaste. The primary focus of my practice is to provide a holistic approach to assist people in managing stress, reducing pain, strengthening their bodies and achieving overall better health, while empowering them to reach their highest potentials.
I teach a variety of yoga classes in the community. I also offer Thai massage and private yoga classes. My own personal experience with the healing effects of meditation, breathwork, gentle movement and energetic bodywork is what ultimately led to my passion for sharing these holistic therapies.
